new workout

2-3 rounds:

  • Pushup Hold
  • Extended Arm Hang
  • Dip Hold
  • Flexed Arm Hang

2-3 rounds:

  • Pushups
  • Body Rows
  • Dips
  • Chinups

Progress slowly with this as it’s VERY intense!
